Student Visa
The subclass 500 (Student) visa
A student visa allows visa holders, and their dependants to travel to Australia to study and work.
Students who complete their studies in Australia have a clear pathway to live and work in Australia permanently and become Citizens if they so choose.

Partner / Parent Migration
The Partner visa (subclasses 820 and 801) allows the holder to live with their spouse in Australia.
For the grant of the visa, the applicant must demonstrate that there is a genuine ongoing relationship with an Australian Citizen/Permanent residence or eligible New Zealand Citizen.
